Reviews appraisals and broker price opinions and establishes market values and market strategies to sell assets in a manner which maximizes recovery and minimizes expenses while in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Floating Asset Manager
Perform the functions of Sales Specialist on a rotating basis and in areas of need, as directed by the Sales Manager. Manage the disposition of real estate owned assets for Sales Specialists who are out of the office. Review appraisals and broker price opinions and establish market values and market strategies to sell assets in a manner that maximizes recovery and minimizes expenses while in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Closing Specialist
Manage/monitor the closing process from the sale of the property to the final close within required timelines. Oversee closing supplier and review and approve HUD-1 forms. Adhere to company policy and procedures, ensuring contract compliance and protection of corporate interests. Maintain working knowledge of closing requirements of all 50 states and US territories and possessions. Provide training to vendor network to manage and improve performance.

Title Specialist
Oversight and management of REO title curative production and relationship building with Designated Counsel firms and other national title vendors. Interact on a daily basis with these vendors to resolve simple and complex title issues from 1 180+ days in title inventory. It is critical that once title issues are identified, the title specialist coordinates and communicates with the appropriate parties to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Delays in resolution can result in increased asset holding time, due to clients inability to convey insurable time.
