Sarah Morrison
We are excited to spotlight Sarah Morrison, a valued member of the VRM Mortgage Services team for the past seven years!
Sarah serves as the Team Lead for Property Preservation, where she plays a key role in maintaining assets once they leave eviction status and guiding them back to market-ready condition. Known for her willingness to help others, Sarah truly enjoys collaborating with her fellow employees and takes pride in contributing to the team’s success. As she puts it, “VRM is a great place to work!” Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys going to concerts, exploring art shows, and traveling whenever she can.

Join us in celebrating Venita Wrightsil as VRM Mortgage Services’ Employee Spotlight of the Month!
Venita has been a dedicated member of the VRM Mortgage Services’ team for nine and a half years and currently serves as the Senior Support Services Specialist for the Specialty Clients and Alternative Dispositions Department. In her role, she manages Specialty Client accounts with expertise and care, ensuring their unique needs are met. Venita’s favorite part of working at VRM is her team—she values working alongside such a knowledgeable group and enjoys that no two days are ever the same. Outside of work, Venita loves spending time with her family, cheering on her sons in their activities, watching sports, and traveling.

Since joining our team, Carol has made a tremendous impact by leading the development and launch of over 20 Preservation products within the VRMS system. Her ability to navigate complex systems, craft effective reconciliation strategies, and streamline processes has significantly improved our operational efficiency and client support.
Carol’s dedication, attention to detail, and innovative mindset have raised the bar for product development across the organization. She quickly immersed herself in understanding our FMS and AMS systems and delivered solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence.

We are proud to honor Marcia Coleman as our 2024 Manager of the Year for her exceptional leadership, reliability, and unwavering dedication. Throughout the year, Marcia has gone above and beyond in her role as Facilities Manager—most notably overseeing the successful consolidation of our office space from two floors to one. From inventorying and reallocating excess furniture and supplies to coordinating move logistics and ensuring minimal disruption to operations, Marcia led the transition with professionalism and precision.
Her strong relationships with our building landlord and vendors have been essential to our continued operational success. Even during the unexpected water heater failure over the 2023 holiday season, Marcia stepped in without hesitation, sacrificing personal time to manage the emergency response, coordinate damage control efforts, and assist with the insurance process.
Marcia exemplifies teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail in every task. Her calm, can-do attitude and consistent follow-through have made her a trusted and invaluable member of the VRM team. Congratulations, Marcia – your commitment inspires us all!
