To ensure we establish the best sales price, we use valuation data from PCV MURCOR to help validate that the BPO value data we received corresponds to the market. Our Asset Managers will review all factual comparable data, be it a BPO, an appraisal, or PCV MURCOR data, and will price our client’s homes based on fair market value.
In addition to pricing the asset in line with the market, our Asset Managers will also determine a proper marketing strategy for each asset in their assigned inventory. All marketing strategies are designed to achieve maximum return for our clients.
