We understand that having clear and marketable title is a key factor in a real estate transaction. We have the professional resources to ensure that each transaction is supported with a marketable title without delaying the final close date. We work in collaboration with our network of closing and title professionals to ensure closings are processed timely and handled professionally. We also ensure that proceeds are delivered timely to our clients.
VRM employes a dedicated Title Department, which evaluates preliminary title for all corporate assets in a client’s inventory. Should title problems exists, our Title Specialists work closely with the approved title network to resolve simple or complex title issues in a timely manner. The Title Department will work diligently to ensure that title problems do not delay the liquidation of an asset.
We also have a creditable and committed team in our Closing Department. These Closing Specialists will work closely with the brokers and the closing attorneys to ensure a quick and efficient closing.
